The year 2013 is a year of thrilling innovation and a harvesting year full of great reputations. SDCIC has greeted the joyance of relocation and its 30th anniversary.
On September 15, 2013, “Gorgeous Honours” SDCIC Relocation & the 30th Anniversary Ceremony was grandly held in Block A of SDCIC Building and Grand Hyatt Shenzhen Hotel. The scene is full of joyance and packed with guests. Li Bingren (Chairman of China Building Decoration Association), Ma Tinggui (Honorary Chairman of China Building Decoration Association), Liu Xiaoyi (Vice Chairman of China Building Decoration Association), Li Xinjian (Former Chief Engineer of Housing and Urban-rural Construction Department of Guangdong Province), Lin Manjun (Vice CEO of Evergrande Real Estate Group), Li Xinghao (Chairman of Board of Directors of Chigo Holding Limited) as well as nationwide old and new customers of SDCIC and leaders of associations and banks across our country arrived for congratulations. They gathered joyously with Zheng Limin (President of SDCIC), Hu Zhengfu (General Manager of SDCIC) and the staff of SDCIC to jointly witness the historic splendid moment of SDCIC.
On the morning of September 15, 2013, Block A of SDCIC Building was filled with congratulating banners and fluttering coloured flags. The ceremony was formally started over strains of music accompanied by drumbeats and announcement made by Li Xiang, a famous hostess. Mr. Li Xinghao, a major shareholder of SDCIC, surmounted the stage to deliver speech, passionately expressing his enthusiasm about the completion of SDCIC Building and affirming the performance and decisions made by the Management represented by General Manager Hu Zhengfu on behalf of Board of Shareholders and Board of Directors of SDCIC. The activities carried out on the scene, such as dotting the eyes of lion for enjoying a life of comfort and commencement ceremony, gradually pushed the ceremony to a climax.

In the afternoon, the 30th Anniversary Ceremony of SDCIC was joyously held in Grand Hyatt Shenzhen Hotel. Supreme honours were celebrated for the 30-year grandness. Mr. Hu Zhengfu, General Manager of SDCIC, delivered an ardent speech at the meeting to express sincere gratitude to customers, financial institutions and the staff that have accompanied and supported SDCIC all the way. He also looked back upon the 30-year vicissitudes and splendid accomplishments and proposed SDCIC’s developmental strategy and goal in the new period. With passionate words, Mr. Hu encouraged the staff of SDCIC to make persistent efforts and work with SDCIC to jointly create a more brilliant future. During the period, Li Bingren (Chairman of China Building Decoration Association), Li Xinjian (Former Chief Engineer of Housing and Urban-rural Construction Department of Guangdong Province), Lin Manjun (Vice CEO of Evergrande Real Estate Group), Mou Zaojian (General Manager of Tanseish China Designer) and Hu Zhengfu (General Manager of SDCIC) were invited to the interview program hosted by Li Xiang to jointly probe into the future developmental trend of decoration industry. From the interview, SDCIC acquired important enlightenments about future mastery of the industry and stipulation of correct policies.

When a three-layer large-size birthday cake was pushed out, the celebration reached another climax. Over 500 guests, leaders and employees at the site sang birthday song with joyance and excitement, presenting a touching and spectacular scene. When the 30th anniversary of SDCIC has come, SDCIC took the opportunity to commend its excellent employees who had accompanied the company with painstaking efforts, royalty and dedication, and to encourage more employees to learn from them to base upon their own posts, surpass themselves constantly, and achieve common development and progress together with SDCIC.
