On the morning of August 23, 2013, the Training Conference of New Technology for Preventing Pathological Changes in Stone Material Pavement that was organized by Technical R&D Center was held in SDCIC’s meeting room. Leaders of such departments as Engineering Management Dept., Evergrande Business Dept., Yum Project Dept. and Design Institute as well as engineering and technological backbones attended the conference. Mr. Xu Chunguan, President of Shanghai Aditop Technology Development Co., Ltd. was invited to deliver a special speech at the conference.    
     As the inventor of stone back glue, Mr. Xu has summarized his over 30 years of experience in teaching, scientific research and application into New Technology for Preventing Pathological Changes in Stone Material Pavement. At the training conference, he analyzed the causes of pathological changes in stone materials, advanced the idea of prevention, and introduced stone back glue that is of revolutionary significance to stone decoration and the application technology. In addition, Mr. Xu analyzed specific cases and proposed key points of solutions, which were highly popular with the participants. 
     After the conference, Mr. Xu patiently answered the questions raised by the participants about functions of stone back glue, construction progress, pattern-making with stone materials, bidding quotation, project cost, and maintenance of stone materials, etc. They also carried out fierce discussion on the issues.  
     This training aims to enable project managerial personnel and construction personnel to further understand updated stone materials used in construction and construction methods, and apply and popularize such materials and methods in actual work, so as to avoid general quality problems to the utmost, ensure project quality, improve corporate image, and create greater economic and social benefits for SDCIC.
